This Timetables program can be used on schools with week (or multi-week) timetables.

Program handles these tasks:

· Entering basic data: forms, teachers, classrooms, subjects, lessons (cards), days of school week, bells etc..

· Defining timetable constraints: time availability of resources (form, teacher, classroom, subject), card relationships (evenly distribution, following of subjects, ...), various teacher/form related limits (windows, exhaustion, lunch breaks, ...) and many more...

· Generating of timetable: Program contains very powerful automatic generator algorithm. It can generate your timetable in few minutes without leaving any unset card. You can then improve your constraints to create even better timetable. If it is not possible to create timetable, program contains set of testing tools which can help you find problem, whether you have made some mistake in inputting data or you have too restrictive constraints. You can also do some changes in timetable by hand.

· Maintaining timetable through school year: Print support ranges from printing individual timetables to printing big summary timetable which you can put on your school's noticeboard. You can also export timetables to MS Excel or HTML for publishing on your school's web site or intranet.

· When you purchase aSc TimeTables, you will get also aSc Substitutions program for free. With this program you can handle your daily problems with substitution of missing teachers.

• You can download program, install on your computer and try it. Setup program is here (latest version of the program). Setup program contains all available languages, including English, Russian, Ukrainian, Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, and you can choose which one you would like to use after installation.

• Program registration instruction 

- Price of the program is 199 Euro. It includes 3 licenses per school (installation of the program on up to 3 computers - 3 workplaces).  

- We can offer technical support (answers to the questions that arise during work with the program, by email, in english or russian). This service costs 99 Euro (50% of the cost of the program) for one year, then total price of the aSc Timetables is 298 Euro.

- Educational institutions that have bought Timetables program more than two years ago, in order to receive upgrades and new registration codes have to pay annual fee of 99 Euro.

Purchase procedure is simple:
- after buyer sends us an order, we will send invoice for the program by fax or email (for this we need name of the school, address, fax, company code and VAT code);
- after payment we will email or fax program registration code that will make demo version of the program into fully functional program;
- also we need license number of the program in the computer in which program will be installed and run, as registration code is binded with computer   (click picture to enlarge it);
- original invoice we will send by mail.
